What led to this acquisition?

We’ve always been impressed by the work that Taxipool LLC has done in the transportation industry. Their commitment to innovation, customer service, and safety aligns perfectly with our own values at Oranjetaxi. By joining forces, we’re able to combine our strengths and resources to create an even better experience for our passengers. We had been in talks with Taxipool LLC for some time, and we’re thrilled that we were able to come to an agreement that benefits both companies and, most importantly, our passengers. The owner of Taxipool LLC, was permanently banned from De Antillen, and we were able to acquire the company at that time.

What to Expect

  • Changes to Taxipool LLC: As we integrate Taxipool LLC into the Oranjetaxi family, you can expect to see some changes to the Taxipool LLC brand and services. Rest assured, we’re working hard to make this transition as smooth as possible for you. No big changes will be made, pay will remain the same.
  • Rover Plus: We will move from Bloxlink to Rover Plus, and everyone will be updated. If you are not verified with Rover you will receive a DM.
  • Tickets: Tickets will be temporarily disabled until we have a new system in place, as there was a massive backlog of tickets that we are working on.
  • Partners: Taxipool LLC may have had some partners that we will be working with, and we will be reaching out to them to see if they would like to continue working with us.
  • Driver Database: The driver database will be compiled into a document and shared with the public.
  • Driver Tickets: We will likely close the driver tickets one by one, as to move them to a new system that will be easier for us and them to use. This will be done in the coming weeks.
  • Debts: Any debts that Taxipool LLC had will be paid off by Oranjetaxi, please be patient as we work through Taxipool’s finances to ensure that all debts are paid off.
